David Strong works across both of our Academy sites, managing our Academy behind the scenes and supporting the day-to-day running of both sites. David has been a key part of the Academy's growth and will play a critical role in its future.

Ben Wood

Ben Wood works full-time at our Southam site, as the site's Education Manager. Ben is a consistent presence of support for our young people, delivering all areas of the curriculum. and managing the day-to-day running of our Southam site.

Education and Welfare Mentor

Morgan Roberts

Morgan Roberts works full-time at our Southam site, supporting Ben with the day-to-day running of the site, and supporting students within all areas of the curriculum. Morgan also plays a crucial role in helping the welfare of disengaged students.
