DAVID STRONG

Head of Academy

Since joining the Positive Impact Academy, David has consistently brought passion and dedication every single day. His vision has helped the Academy grow to the size it is today.

EMMA LANGAN

Well Being Lead & DSL

Emma brings knowledge, enthusiasm and joy to the Positive Impact Academy. As our Well Being Lead, she has been an invaluable member of the team. Her role is to support students and staff in a pastoral capacity. A qualified counsellor she ensures constant support is in place for students with SEMH needs.

GEMMA LISH

LAC Teacher

Gemma joined the team with a wealth of experience and a passion in working with vulnerable young people. As LAC Teacher she will act as a mentor and support all our looked after young people in achieving both personally and academically.

JADE RICHARDSON

SENDCo

Energetic and driven, we were thrilled when Jade joined as our SENDCo. Her role is to ensure that the needs of our students with an EHCP are being met. She helps design specialist resources and supports staff who work 1:1 with students who have an EHCP.

BILLY HEXTALL

Maths Curriculum Lead

Since joining the Positive Impact Academy, Billy has aways shown a passion for the delivery of Maths. With his extensive knowledge of our Maths curriculum, Billy will support our team in creating engaging resources for all abilities.

JORDAN SCOBBIE

Engagement Officer

Jordan is excellent at building relationships and engaging with all young people. As part of his role he will assist transitions in and out of the Positive Impact Academy and deliver all aspects of our curriculum to all our young people.

KATE WARREN

PSHE Curriculum Lead & DSL

Kate is an experienced mentor who has helped engage countless young people within their education. She also has a wealth of knowledge in safeguarding young people and will join us as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

EDWARD NORTHMAN

Education Mentor & DSL

Ed always strives to deliver a creative and inclusive curriculum to his learners, developing engaging lessons to suit the individual needs of all. As a Designated Safeguarding Lead, Ed will be responsible for the safeguarding of all our young people.

CALLUM DONOVAN

English Curriculum Lead

Callum is a fun character that is able to engage with all learners at the Positive Impact Academy. He is a passionate mentor who strives for the best for each of his young people.

HERVE PEPE

Education Mentor

Since joining The Positive Impact Academy, Herve has consistently brought passion and dedication every single day. Herve is a talented DJ and brings an extra dimension when delivering an inclusive curriculum to all our students.

MITCHELL BARR

Education Mentor

Mitchell has progressed from an Apprentice to an Education Mentor and has always strived to develop within his role. Liked by staff and students throughout, Mitchell is a valuable part of the team.

AMELIA GOODHEW

SEND Education Mentor

Working part time whilst she finishes her degree at University, Amelia has shown excellent knowledge is developing resources for our students with learning disabilities.

LUKE MAGUIRE

Education Mentor

Luke brings with him a wealth of knowledge within sports, leisure and martial arts. A very successful kickboxer who has en excellent record of engaging with all students and encouraging them to achieve their goals.

DESTINY DEEMING

Teaching Assistant Apprentice

Destiny joins the Positive Impact Academy after completing an apprenticeship in sport. She will work across the Academy and the Foundation to fully access everything the Positive Impact Group delivers.

HARRY FLOWERS

Education Mentor

Harry is an approachable and respected member of the Positive Impact Academy team. He brings with him different experience in alternative education settings.
