Finance
James is the Director of the Positive Impact Group, since starting the business 3 years ago he has overseen it grow into 2 different enterprises. The Positive Impact Academy and the Positive Impact Foundation are going from strength to strength thanks to the creative insight from James.
JAYNE SEAL
Parent
Jayne joins the Positive Impact academy as a trustee after her son attended for 2 years. She has a foundation degree in Working with Communities and Young People and is currently completing a degree in Working in Integrated Services for Children and Young People. Jayne will be able to provide an invaluable insight as both a parent and youth worker.
RACHEL MCCLUSKY
Safeguarding
Rachel is a qualified social worker and has a vast array of knowledge in the safeguarding and protection of young people. As a safeguarding trustee, Rachel will oversee the Positive Impact Academies policies and practices.
DANIEL LYDSTER
Community
Daniel is a police officer within the Criminal Investigation Department of Warwickshire Police. As part of his role Daniel has built great relationships with young people throughout the community and will use this knowledge to help the Positive Impact Academy connect to the wider community.
LIAM KING
Education
Liam joins the Positive Impact Academy as a very respected teacher within Secondary Schools across Warwickshire. With his experience working with different young people every day, Liam will oversee the development of the Positive Impact Academies teaching and learning.
